Great price,does what it says
Purchased 4 for my kids homeschooling and they came a day earlier. They work great so far, also came with SD cards! Definitely should have gotten myself one.
Bought this for my 8 year older. Easy to use and great priduct
I purchased this Chromebook to be a lightweight, on-the-go computer for me when I travel and go to business meetings, and initially, it fit the the bill. However, I only got to use it -- and that was very light use, I might add -- when it turned into a brick and wouldn’t even power on. Since it was still under warranty, we sent it to HP for service, only to be told that it was ”user damage” which was not covered by the warranty, and would cost $300 to repair (which is more than what I paid for it!!). They said that something was damaged on the side of the computer, which I cannot see. My husband is a software engineer and IT expert, and he can’t figure out what happened either. I am most assuredly not a high-schooler who has been issued this Chromebook by her school or who throws it around and treats it like garbage; I am a middle-aged professional who takes excellent care of my technology. I simply cannot figure out what could have caused such irreparable structural ”damage” to the machine other than a design flaw and/or bamboozling by the company. We will never purchase another computer from HP again. Buyer beware.
Got this for classwork. Not a bad decision.
My daughter’s computer worked for 5 minutes, then kicked her off and will not allow us to sign back on. I am extremely unhappy with my purchase.
It’s lightweight, easy to use, good storage, good RAM speed.
