The stand is well constructed and of good quality.
However the magnets do not work, they are far too weak.
If you have a case on your iPAD the magnets do not hold at all, making the stand completely unusable.
Too bad :-( because the stand would be perfect if the magnets were stronger. The manufacturer needs to ensure that the stand works with most device cases eg. Otterbox ...
