It didn’t fit the spot
Adheres, easy to install. At one time one pulled away slightly from wall repressed firmly and it has remained in place. It is in daily use and no issues. In use for 6 plus months now.

This bar is a clean choice for updating. It’s perfect for small or awkward spaces. We have a good size room and vanity but the drywallers or electricians or whoever decides these things were having some fun when the house was built. There’s three switch plates (only 2 visible in photos—the third is slightly off camera to the viewer’s left) spread unevenly both horizontally and vertically across the entirety of the side wall. Everywhere I wanted to put a towel holder seemed to add to the confusion. This simple, short, clean line was just what we needed!

This unit is directional, I did not realized that and bought two for a double sink vanity. :(
