This knife is sooooooo sharp. I cut pretty much anything with it. Can’t beat the price. Love it
Balance seems ok but not as heavy as I would like. For the price I guess it is a good value. It will probably work well enough for butchering a chicken, but not beef or pork.
Have used once on a beef tenderloin and it cut through it like butter. Looking forward to trying it out on vegetables.

I brought this cleaver to dice veggies with, the curve of the blade combined with the height of the blade makes chopping and dicing easy work. The curved blade allows you to rock the knife on the cutting board to get a good dice on your veggies. The height of the blade allows for a good grip when dicing because unlike a regular chef knife it keeps your fingers up away from the work area. The blade came to me quite sharp and has held its edge for a couple of months now.
