EDIT: the Weyong Support Team contacted me directly and sent another unit to replace the defective one we received. Item arrived exactly as described in the posting. Everything seems to be made well except for the whiteboard itself. The packaging could have been the issue as it was pretty poorly wrapped. During shipping, there was no protection for the board up against the metal. Attaching a photo of a dent/buckle in the board after everything was assembled.
If it were not for her needing it for her classroom, we would have returned. Be careful and inspect your item closely before assembly.

I love it, it can change heights, clips anchor paper nicely, comes with magnets and pens, can be used with magnetic manilulatives in math, dry erase, etc. And it is easy to roll around the class!
